We pulled the full list on August 17, 2026 — 30 items — and applied a filter that cut it to a third: at least a 4.3-star average and at least 1,000 ratings, so you are looking at products with a track record rather than freshly listed hardware with eight reviews.
That filter matters more here than in any other category. Several of the steepest discounts on the raw list were laptops with fewer than 40 ratings — a $2,199 gaming laptop at 21% off sounds appealing until you notice ten people have rated it. None of those made the cut.
1. Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Tablet — 37% off

Steepest discount that cleared our filter. The Kids editions are the same hardware as the standard Fire tablets wrapped in a thick bumper case, bundled with a year of Amazon Kids+, and — the part that actually justifies the premium — a two-year worry-free guarantee. If your kid breaks it, Amazon replaces it, no questions.
Do the math on that guarantee before comparing to the standard Fire HD 8 at #3. The Kids version is $5 more than the regular tablet at these prices, and the case plus replacement coverage is worth considerably more than five dollars if the tablet is going to be handled by a five-year-old.
2. Amazon Fire 7 Kids Tablet — 36% off

Nearly 20,000 ratings makes this the most-bought kids tablet on the list by a wide margin. Same case, same two-year guarantee, smaller and slower than the HD 8 above.
The honest read: the Fire 7 is noticeably less responsive than the HD 8, and its screen is lower resolution. For a three-year-old watching cartoons that is invisible. For a six-year-old who wants to play games, spend the extra $25 and get the HD 8. The 4.4 rating — lowest of the tablets here — largely reflects people who bought it for an older kid.
3. Amazon Fire HD 8 Tablet — 31% off

The plain version of the tablet at #1, five dollars cheaper. 4GB of memory and 64GB of storage is enough for streaming, reading, browsing and light games — this is a couch and kitchen tablet, not a work machine.
Worth knowing what you are buying into: Fire tablets run Amazon’s fork of Android with its own app store, so Google Play apps are not available out of the box. If you need a specific Google app, buy a different tablet. If you mostly want Netflix, Kindle and a browser, this is $89.99 well spent.
4. Amazon Fire HD 10 Tablet — 28% off, biggest dollar saving

Biggest absolute saving on this page, and with 43,825 ratings the most thoroughly tested product here after the Logitech mouse. The 10.1-inch full HD screen is the reason to pick this over the HD 8 — for video and for reading magazines or comics, the size difference is the whole point.
Same Amazon-fork Android caveat as #3 applies. At $129.99 for a 1080p ten-inch tablet, there is very little else competing at this price that is not noticeably worse built.
5. Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse — 28% off, 44,531 ratings
$12.99, list $17.99 — 4.5★ / 44,531 ratings
The most-reviewed product on this page, and it has been on sale in roughly this form since 2011. Nothing about the M185 is exciting: it is a small ambidextrous mouse, it runs about a year on one AA battery, and it uses a 2.4GHz USB receiver rather than Bluetooth.
That receiver is the one thing to check — it occupies a USB-A port, which newer thin laptops may not have. If your machine is USB-C only, get a Bluetooth mouse instead. Otherwise $12.99 for something with a fourteen-year track record is hard to argue with.
6. TP-Link Deco S4 Mesh WiFi System, 3-Pack — 26% off

Three mesh units for under a hundred dollars, covering up to 5,500 square feet. If you currently have a single router fighting through walls plus a range extender that halves your speed, this is the fix — mesh units hand devices off to each other rather than creating a separate slower network.
This is WiFi 5 (AC1900), not WiFi 6. For most households that is fine: AC1900 saturates a typical broadband connection with room to spare, and coverage matters far more than peak speed. If you have gigabit fiber and a lot of simultaneous devices, look at #9 instead.
7. TP-Link Archer A54 WiFi Router — 19% off

The cheapest way to stop renting a router from your ISP. At $28.50 this pays for itself in about three months against a typical $10/month equipment fee, and dual-band AC1200 is a straightforward upgrade over most ISP-supplied boxes.
Smallest discount and lowest rating in this roundup, and it is a genuinely basic device — a single router for an apartment or small house, not a mesh system. For a two-storey house, #6 is the right answer instead.
8. Logitech C920x HD Pro Webcam — 14% off

The webcam everybody recommends, and has since well before 2020 made webcams scarce. 1080p at 30fps with autofocus and dual mics — the specs have not needed to change because the image quality still beats the built-in camera on nearly every laptop.
Only a 14% cut here, so buy it because you need a webcam rather than because the price is remarkable. Note it is 30fps rather than 60 — if you are streaming games and want smoother motion, the C922 is the one to look at.
9. TP-Link Deco X55 WiFi 6 Mesh System, 3-Pack — 12% off
$149.97, list $169.99 — 4.4★ / 15,217 ratings
The WiFi 6 version of #6 — larger coverage area at 6,500 square feet, and the newer standard, which matters when you have a lot of devices connected at once rather than when you want a single device to be fast. WiFi 6 handles congestion better; that is its actual advantage.
$54 more than the Deco S4 for a 12% rather than 26% discount. Worth it if you have gigabit internet, a large house, or more than about twenty connected devices. Otherwise the S4 is the better buy today.
10. INIU 240W USB-C Cable, 2-Pack — 10% off, highest rated here
$9.47, list $10.53 — 4.7★ / 14,884 ratings
Highest-rated item on this page at 4.7 stars, and the cheapest. Two braided 6.6-foot cables for $9.47 — the 240W rating means these handle USB-PD 3.1 charging, so they will run a laptop rather than just a phone, and the braided jacket is why the reviews stay high where cheap cables usually fail at the connector.
The 10% discount is trivial — $1.06. This is on the list because 4.7 stars across nearly 15,000 ratings on a cable is unusual, and because 6.6 feet is the length you actually want rather than the three-foot cable in the box.
How we picked these
We pulled Amazon’s full Computers & Accessories deals list on August 17, 2026 — 30 items — then filtered on two things: a 4.3-star average or better, and at least 1,000 ratings. That cut the list to 11, and we dropped one duplicate to land on the ten above.
That filter did most of the work here. The raw list’s steepest discounts sat on newly listed laptops and desktops with single-digit or double-digit review counts — a $2,199 gaming laptop at 21% off with ten ratings, a $1,999 desktop with eight. Those may well be good machines, but nobody can tell yet, and a discount on an unproven $2,000 purchase is not a bargain. We left them out rather than pad the list.
What survived skews toward things that have been on sale long enough to be judged: Fire tablets, Logitech peripherals, TP-Link networking gear. Discounts here are smaller than in apparel or books — 10% to 37% rather than 90% — which is normal for hardware.
